Sevako Solutions ("Sevako," "we," "us," or "our") is a business technology provider based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, building custom software, mobile apps, websites, webstores, and in-house products — including Sevako Pos, Sevako Salon, Sevako Connect, Sevako People, Sevako VMS, Sevako LMS, and Sevako CRM — for Indian SMEs.

3. Enquiries & Quotes

Submitting an enquiry through the Site does not create a binding contract between you and Sevako. Any pricing, timelines, or scope discussed via the enquiry form, WhatsApp, phone, email, or chat assistant is indicative only and becomes binding only once formally confirmed in a signed proposal, quotation, or service agreement between you and Sevako.

4. AI Chat Assistant

The Site includes an AI-powered chat assistant intended to answer general questions about our products and services and help you get in touch with our team. Responses are generated automatically and, while we aim for accuracy, the assistant may occasionally provide incomplete or incorrect information. Chat responses are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a final quote, technical specification, or legal/financial advice. Please confirm any important details directly with our team before making decisions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product names (Sevako Pos, Sevako Salon, Sevako Connect, Sevako People, Sevako VMS, Sevako LMS, Sevako CRM), and the overall design — is the property of Sevako Solutions or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
